Description:
HTR2C is one of the several different receptors for 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin), a biogenic hormone that functions as a neurotransmitter, a hormone, and a mitogen. This receptor mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Sandwich ELISA: The detection limit is ~0.1ng/ml as a capture antibody.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
