FAM62A (Extended Synaptotagmin-1, E-Syt1, ESYT1, KIAA0747, MBC2)
Description:
ESYT1 (formerly FAM62A) belongs to a family of membranous calcium sensor proteins that contain multiple C2 domains. The C2 domains are involved in calcium binding and are found in proteins that function in membrane traffic and/or signal transduction.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10-12.5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
