Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH, P. falciparum, Malaria)
Description:
Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) of malaria parasites is immunologically distinct from the host enzyme. Hence use of specific antibodies can be used to detect the parasite in humans. This clone is recommended for use as a Capture antibody in lateral flow assays. This clone is recommended for use as a Capture antibody in lateral flow assays.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
