Amphiregulin (Schwannoma-derived Growth Factor, Amphiregulin precursor, AR, Colorectum cell-derived growth factor, CRDGF, MGC13647, SDGF, AREG) (PE)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
FLISA: 1:100-200
Western Blot: 1:100-400
Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-500 (formalin fixed cells)
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-500 (formalin fixed frozen sections)
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-200 (paraffin sections)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
