CCBP2 (CCBP2, C-C Chemokine Receptor D6, Chemokine (C-C) Receptor 9, Chemokine Binding Protein 2, C-C Chemokine Receptor 10, Chemokine-Binding Protein 2, CMKBR9, Chemokine Receptor CCR-9, G-Protein coupled Receptor d6, HD6, Cc-Chemokine Receptor Type 10,
Description:
Human Chemokine Receptor D6 is activated by beta chemokines (CC motif) such as Monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP), mucosae-associated epithelial chemokine (MEC) and keratinocyte-expressed cutaneous T cell-attracting chemokine (CTACK; CCL27). Two alternatively spliced variants have been isolated.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 20ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
