Acaa2 (3-ketoacyl-CoA Thiolase, Mitochondrial, Acetyl-CoA Acyltransferase, Beta-ketothiolase, Mitochondrial 3-oxoacyl-CoA Thiolase)
Description:
ACAA2 (acetylcoenzyme A acyltransferase 2), is member of the thiolase family of enzymes and is involved in lipid metabolism. ACAA2 is localized in the mitochondria. ACCA2 catalyzes the last conversion step of acetyl-CoA to 3-oxoacyl-CoA, in the fatty acid oxidation pathway.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1-4ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
