Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Neat
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:3
Immunoprecipitation: 1:100
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Hybridoma:
NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity:
Recognizes human AChR-alpha subunit, exhibiting homogenous and high avidity binding to the receptor. It is a good Pan AChR marker as it binds well to normal, denervated and fetal AChR and shows strong binding to endplate AChRs. Useful for studying the autoimmune response in myasthenia gravis and the maturation of the human AChR during development. Species Crossreactivity: Mouse
