Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200. For enhanced cortex staining, preincubate fixed sections with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 1-5 minutes prior to first antibody incubation step. Suggested incubation time: 1hour at RT.
Western Blot: 1:2000 (ECL)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
