ACTB (Actin, Cytoplasmic 1, Beta-actin)
Description:
Actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in cell motility, structure, and integrity. Beta-actin is a major constituent of the contractile apparatus and one of the two nonmuscle cytoskeletal actins.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:200
Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
