Technical Data
Activating Transcription Factor 6, NT, Control Peptide (ATF6, ATF6-alpha, ATF6A, Cyclic AMP-dependent Transcription Factor ATF-6 alpha)
Molecular Biology Storage: -20CShipping: Blue Ice
Synthetic peptide ATF6 17aa near the amino terminus of human ATF6 (Genbank accession No. NP_031374).

Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.5-1ugml; Blocks the antibody (Cat. #A0855-71B) activity completely by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37C.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
