Synthetic peptide ATF6 17aa near the amino terminus of human ATF6 (Genbank accession No. NP_031374). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1ug’ml; Blocks the antibody (Cat. #A0855-71B) activity completely by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
