ADAM 10 (Kuzbanian, KUZ, MADM, a Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 10) (Carboxyfluorescein) |
|
|
Description: ADAM10 is a transmembrane multiple domain protein with ubiquitous expression. The metalloprotease activity of ADAM10 can cleave several molecules including Notch, pro-TNF- alpha, amyloid precursor protein, myelin basic protein, and type IV collagen. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 5x10e5 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light. |
