ARL4A (ADP-ribosylation Factor-like Protein 4A, ARL4) |
|
|
Description: ARL4A, also known as ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 4A, is a member of the ARF-like protein (ARL) subfamily of small GTPases. It is most closely related to ARL6 and ARL7. Unlike ARFs, ARL4 does not activate the cholera toxin ADP-ribosyltranferase. This protein may play a role in neurogenesis during embryonic development and somitogenesis in the early stages of adult spermatogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, human testis lysate observed on ~23kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
