ARF6, ID (ADP-ribosylation Factor 6)
Description:
ADP-Ribosylation Factor 6 (ARF6) is a GTP-binding protein that functions as a regulator of cytoskeleton remodeling and endocytic recycling. ARF6 is an allosteric activator of cholera toxin catalytic subunit, an ADP-ribosyltransferase. It may also be involved in the modulation of vesicle budding and uncoating with the Golgi apparatus.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 1:500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

NIH/3T3 Cell Lysate

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
