Description: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:2500 Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000-1:2500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Ab:Biotin Label Ratio: 1:4.7 Specificity: Using a conjugate Adrenaline-Glutaraldehyde-Protein, antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds: Compound Crossreactivity ratio (a): Adrenaline-G-BSA 1 Noradrenaline-G-BSA 1:140 Dopamine-G-BSA 1:170 (a) : Adrenaline-G-BSA concentration/unconjugated or conjugated catecholamine concentration at half displacement. G = Glutaraldehyde, BSA = Bovine Serum Albumin Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
