Aggrecan (Proteoglycan, PG, AGC 1, Aggrecan 1, Antigen identified by monoclonal A0122, Cartilage specific proteoglycan core protein, Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan core protein 1, CSPCP, CSPG1, CSPGCP, Large aggregating proteoglycan, MSK16, SEDK)
Description:
Aggrecan is a proteoglycan component of cartilage matrix.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Immunooprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Recommended Secondary Reagents:
I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab)2 (HRP) Pab RbxMo
I1904-66C: IgG, F(ab)2, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxMo

Hybridoma:
NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
