AGXT, ID (Serine-Pyruvate Aminotransferase, SPT, Alanine-Glyoxylate Aminotransferase, AGT, SPAT, AGT1) (AP)
AGXT is expressed only in the liver and protein is localized mostly in the peroxisomes, where it is involved in glyoxylate detoxification.

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-1:500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Do not freeze alkaline phosphatase conjugates which could result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
