Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa2-end of human AHCY with N-terminal GST tag expressed in E. coli (NM_000687). Applications: Suitable for use in enzyme kinetics, inhibitor screening and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
