Description: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-4ug/ml of this lot detected mAKAP in RIPA cell lysates from L6 cells.Rat L6 cell lysate was resoved by elecrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with A1102-80 (2ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitated mAKAP from an L6 RIPA cell lysate. Immunohistochemistry: Has been shown to detect mAKAP in differentiated rat neonatal ventriculocytes and frozen rat heart tissue. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-39: IgG, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-40A: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-46Q: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Gt xRb Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
