Description:
Amphetamine is an antidepressant. Depression results from a deficiency of norepinephrine at receptors in the brain. Amphetamines mimic norepinephrine.

Applications:
Suitable for use in lateral/gold conjugation applications and ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Recommended Pair:
Suitable for use as the detection or conjugate (label) antibody.
Matched to A1510 as the capture or solid phase antigen.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
