Description: NGEP is a 933aa protein belonging to the TMEM16 family and consisting of TM16H1, TM16H2 and TM16H3 domains. Artificial human TMEM16G (844T) consists of eight-transmembrane proteins. Two NGEP proteins are encoded as a result of splicing. It plays an important role in cell-cell interactions. NGEP acts as a promising immunotherapy target for prostate cancer and is highly expressed in epithelial cells of the prostate (at protein level). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:100-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
