Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1-5ug/ml
Western Blot: 1-5ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity:
Recognizes human Antithrombin. Inhibits plasma ATIII activity in chromogenic thrombin assays in the presence of excess heparin. Blocks purified IIa inhibition activity and purified Xa inhibition activity in the absence of heparin. Species crossreactivity: Baboon plasma. Does not crossreact with bovine, canine or rabbit plasma.
