This protein is a member of the thioredoxin family. The exact function of this protein is not known but it is associated with cell differentiation. Species: Homo sapiens Source: E. coli Primary Sequence (aa): 226 Domain (aa): Full-length Tag/Fusion Partner: T7 Tag Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA as an Antigen, Ligand, or Assay Standard. Other applications not tested. Quality Control: SDS-PAGE Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
