Blocking Peptide for the A2298-76S Atg12 (Autophagy-related 12).

Synthetic peptide surrounding aa21 of mouse APG12.

Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1ug peptide / 1ug antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37C.
Antibody Blocking: 1ug peptide / 1ug antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37C.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
