Description: This protein is a member of the Rho family of GTPases. This protein can activate PAK1 and JNK1, and can induce filopodium formation and stress fiber dissolution. It may also mediate the effects of Wnt1 signaling in the regulation of cell morphology, cytoskeletal organization, and cell proliferation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
