ARF4L, CT (ADP-ribosylation Factor-like Protein 4D, ADP-ribosylation Factor-like Protein 4L, ARL4D) |
|
|
Description: ARF4L is a member of the ADP-ribosylation factor family of GTP-binding proteins. This protein has a nuclear localization signal and an unusually high guanine nucleotide exchange rate. ARF4L may play a role in membrane-associated intracellular trafficking and protein secretion. Mutations in the ARF4L gene have been associated with Bardet-Biedl syndrome (BBS). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
