ARPC3 (Actin-related Protein 2/3 Complex Subunit 3, Arp2/3 Complex 21kD Subunit, p21-ARC, ARC21) |
|
|
Description: ARPC3 is one of seven subunits of the human Arp2/3 protein complex. The Arp2/3 protein complex has been implicated in the control of actin polymerization in cells and has been conserved through evolution. The exact role of the protein, the p21 subunit, has yet to be determined. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml ELISA: >1:16,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human or mouse brain, or HeLa Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
