Technical Data
ASAH1, Control Peptide (N-acylsphingosine Amidohydrolase, Non-lysosomal Ceramidase 1, Acid Ceramidase)
Molecular Biology Storage: -20CShipping: Blue Ice
Control Peptide for A3597-34.

Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: ASAH1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of ASAH1 antibody (A3597-34). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western Blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37 C.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
