Asialo GM2 (Asialoganglioside GM2)
Description:
A major neural ganglioside in Tay Sachs and Sandhoff diseases.

Sequence: GgOse3Cer; -GalNAc-(1 4)- -Gal-(1 4)- -Glc-(1 1')-Cer

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and TLC Immunoblot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:800. Limit of detection ~50ng antigen.
TLC: 1:50
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
