D-Aspartic Acid (D-Aspartate), Conjugated
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Using a conjugate D-Aspartic Acid-PC, specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds:
Compounds: Cross-reactivity ratio:
D-Aspartic Acid-PC 1
L-Aspartic Acid-PC 1:>50,000
D-Glutamic Acid-PC 1:>50,000
L-Glutamic Acid-PC 1:>50,000
GABA-PC 1:>50,000

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 2 months at 4C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
