Description:
Subunit of the peripheral V1 complex of vacuolar ATPase essential for assembly or catalytic function. ATP6E is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compart- ments in eukaryotic cells.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
