|
Description: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Also suitable for use in liquid phase assay without plasma extraction. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Hybridization of NSO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. |
