|
Description: A type 1 transmembrane protein, Axl is a member of the receptor tyrosine kinase subfamily that binds growth factors like vitamin K-dependent protein growth-arrest-specific gene 6. Axl has been reported to be involved in the stimulation of cell proliferation and has transforming potential in cases of chronic mylogenous leukemia. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
