Suitable for use in Immunoblot and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections, proteolytic treatment not required).
Immunohistochemistry: 1:5-1:40; Incubation Time 1 hr at room temperature.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Isolated from human lymphocytes.
Supplied as a liquid.
Antigen Recognized Human in Species (tested so far). Marker for lymphoma diagnosis. Reacts with all B-cells. Further positive reaction with epithelia and endothelium was observed. Recognizes neuraminidase-resistant cytoplasmic 28kD antigen, expressed strongly on B-cells and weakly on mature T-cells; no reaction with immature T-cells; negative staining with plasmacytomas.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
