Suitable for use in Immunoblot and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections, proteolytic treatment not required).

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry: 1:5-1:20; Incubation Time 1 hr at room temperature.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Antigen Recognized Human in species (tested so far). Marker for lymphoma diagnosis. Reacts with all B-cell lymphomas, except for plasmocytomas, activated T-cells and histiocytic tumors. Recognizes a 31kD cytoplasmic antigen, also reactive with HLA class II antibodies.
