Description: While identification of the antigen(s) that are found predominantly on ILPP B cells and which are recognized by this antibody is speculative, the antibody appears to react with an immature population of B cells in the follicles of ILPPs and with a subpopulation of sIglow B cells in lymph nodes. Applications: 1. Flow cytometry 1 2. Immunohistochemistry (acetone-fixed, frozen tissue sections only) 1 Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
