CXCL13 (B cell attracting chemokine I/BCA-1) is a newly discovered chemokine in the CXC family. CXCL13 is highly effective as an attractor of B lymphocytes that express BLR-1. Molecular Weight: ~10.1kD (85aa sequence) Source: Recombinant corresponding to human CXCL13 expressed in E.coli. Endotoxin: 0.1ng/mg Applications: Suitable for use in Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 200ul sterile dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
