Mouse B lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC) is a 9.5kD chemokine, also known CXCL13. BLC is strongly expressed in the spleen, lymph nodes and Peyers Patches. BLC is chemotactic for B lymphocytes. Source: Recombinant corresponding to mouse CXCL13 expressed in E.coli. Endotoxin: 0.1 ng/ug Applications: Suitable for use in Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 20ul sterile dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
