Murine B Lymphocyte Chemoattractant (BLC) is strongly chemotactic for B-lymphocytes. BLC may also play a role in directing the migration of B-lymphocytes to follicles in secondary lymphoid organs. Recombinant Murine BLC is a 9.5kD protein containing 88 amino acid residues. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For long term storage add 0.1% HSA or BSA, aliquot, and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
