Description:
Bcl-6 encodes a protein of 706aa with a predicted molecular weight of 79kD. The Bcl-6 protein has homology with zinc finger transcription factors. However, little is known about its functions.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml
Immunoprecipitation: 10-20ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry: 20-40ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
