Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 0.5ug/ml (100ul/well) Allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hBD-2.

Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for recombinant hBD-2 is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40% glycerol and store at -20°C. May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
