Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Direct ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Direct ELISA: 0.15-0.3ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution. Allows the detection of at least 0.2ng/well of recombinant human BD2.
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human BD2 is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
