Technical Data
B0902-03D
BD3 (beta-Defensin 3)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml (using 100l/well antibody solution). Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hBD-3.
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hBD-3 is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
