Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA (Direct, Sandwich): 0.25-1.0ug/ml Detects 0.2ng/well of recombinant hBD-3 using 100ul/well antibody solution in conjunction with B0902-03D as a capture antibody. Allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hBD-3.
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml (under either reducing or non-reducing conditions) Detection limit for recombinant hBD-3 is 1.5-3.0ng/lane.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, PBS, 0.1% BSA.. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
