Technical Data
B1141
Bilirubin Oxidase (Biotin)
Description:
Application(s): Suitable for immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1000 to 1:5000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC)

Biotin/Protein Ratio: 1020 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule

Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
