Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and highly speci c immunological methods requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, high titer and speci city.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:4000-1:20,000 using 1ug biotinylated BSA.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity:

Recognizes biotin. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, biotinylated IgG and biotinylated BSA. No crossreactivity was observed against anti-pepsin or anti-goat IgG F(c).
