Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Cy2 (Cyanine 2-OSu - Molecular Weight: 897D). Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1ml sterile, ddH2O or sterile 40-50% glycerol.
Specificity:
Recognizes Biotin. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, biotin conjugated goat IgG and biotin conjugated BSA. No reaction was observed against anti-goat IgG F(c) or anti-Pepsin.
