Recommended Dilutions:
Immunofluorescence: 1:500-1:2500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio:
3.6moles FITC per mole of goat IgG

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.

Specificity:

Recognizes biotin. Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum,, anti-fluorescein biotinylated IgG and biotinylated BSA. No crossreactivity was observed against anti-pepsin or anti-goat IgG F(c).
