Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:5000 to 1:25,000
Western Blot: 1:500- 1:3000.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:300- 1:1500.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes Biotin. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, biotinylated bovine serum albumin and Biotinylated IgG.
