Description: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence Microscopy. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Absorption Wavelength: 596 nm Emission Wavelength: 620 nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3.1 moles Texas Red per mole of goat IgG Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
