May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

| Recognizes human Blood Group ABH. Agglutinates erythrocytes of group A but does not agglutinate erythrocytes of group B and 0. A study with specific oligosaccharides showed that A2125-12H reacts with A and H antigens with chain types 3 and 4 and it does not react with A disaccharide, A trisaccharide, A type 1, A type 2 or ALeb. Does not react with normal tissue sections of donors with blood group B and 0 but it reacts specifically with malignant tissues. |
